Specific responsibilities include: Assist the Property Manager in designing and implementing a resident retention program (i.e., newsletter, resident referral program or social activities). Responsible for proper maintenance of all resident and property files. Attend all required training, including annual Fair Housing and Anti-Harassment training. Courteous, efficient handling of resident service requests. Maintaining superior customer service with prospects and residents. The expected compensation range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00 per hour, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
