Requirements

  • Stellar 2+ years of customer service experience – preferably in sales experience
  • Demonstrated English or bilingual fluency
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal skills
  • Strong computer and typing skills
  • Proficient in OneSite software

Responsibilities

  • Market Cortland to future residents getting them excited to learn more about our communities, culture, vision, and value proposition
  • Advise prospective tenants of the features, benefits, pricing, and amenities of each individual community as a result of your in-depth market and community knowledge
  • Continually grow your skill set and understanding of Cortland thru participation in customized training and site visits
  • Nurture new leads from RealPage for the onsite leasing teams by receiving incoming calls, emails and text messages
  • Leverage your outbound sales skills nurture an average of 40-50 leads per day and generate new appointments at all of our communities
  • Foster an ongoing positive relationship with residents, onsite leasing teams and peers
