We're looking for a Leasing & Hospitality Manager to oversee leasing operations and future resident experience for multiple collections, ensuring every interaction reflects Rutherford's commitment to service, warmth, and excellence. In this role, you'll move beyond individual leasing execution and into strategic leadership - guiding Leasing & Hospitality Specialists, driving performance, and partnering with the operations team to ensure consistency, accountability, and exceptional resident experiences across your portfolio. This role is ideal for a confident people leader who blends hospitality, data, and execution - and who takes pride in setting the standard.

Requirements

  • A hospitality-minded leader who leads by example
  • Confident, clear communicator with strong follow-through
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities and teams
  • Experienced in multifamily leasing, hospitality, or sales (3–5+ years preferred)
  • Proficient in property management software (Entrata preferred), CRM tools, and leasing analytics

Nice To Haves

  • Previous supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and support to Leasing & Hospitality Specialists
  • Set clear expectations around service, responsiveness, and leasing performance
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of leasing team members
  • Foster a hospitality-first culture rooted in professionalism, empathy, and accountability
  • Oversee leasing efforts across multiple collections to drive occupancy and revenue goals
  • Monitor lead traffic, conversion ratios, and occupancy trends, and coordinate daily tour schedules to ensure tours are reviewed, conducted as scheduled, and followed up on appropriately.
  • Partner with Regional and Operations leadership on pricing, concessions, and marketing strategy
  • Use data and reporting to identify gaps, opportunities, and action plans
  • Ensure a consistent, elevated leasing and tour experience across all communities
  • Lead reputation management efforts, including review generation and response strategy
  • Support marketing initiatives, events, and community engagement efforts
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in Entrata and other leasing platforms
  • Review leasing reports and dashboards to support forecasting and decision-making
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Service Managers, Resident Experience, and Operations teams
  • Maintain strong communication between onsite and regional leadership
  • Review and approve rental applications to ensure consistency with company policies and fair housing
