About The Position

We're looking for an outgoing Leasing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and has passion for people & a desire to grow and learn.

Requirements

  • Excited to learn sales and grow-even if you're just starting out
  • Great communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Basic computer skills including ability to utilize Microsoft Office and learn industry software
  • Availability to work a varied schedule including weekends during peak leasing season
  • A valid driver's license, a good driving record, and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Leasing apartments while staying Fair Housing compliant
  • Providing excellent service to all prospective and current residents
  • Performing administrative tasks such as file maintenance
  • Assisting with social media postings
  • Planning and participating in fun resident activities
