What a Typical Day Could Look Like As a Leasing Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective residents, creating a welcoming and informative experience that showcases the unique value of our community. You'll be the master of organization and efficiency, ensuring that all leasing processes run smoothly and effectively. Every day will bring a dynamic blend of resident interaction, administrative tasks, and marketing initiatives, making this a rewarding role for those who enjoy variety and the satisfaction of making a positive impact. You are the Warm Welcome! Answer phone calls and emails from prospective residents, providing them with a warm welcome and comprehensive information about our community! Schedule appointments for tours with Leasing Professionals, ensuring a seamless transition for prospective residents! Greet visitors and prospective residents in person, creating a positive and professional first impression! You are the Administrative Guru! Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and transactions, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations! Assist Leasing Professionals with processing applications, verifying information, and conducting background checks! Prepare lease documents and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently! Coordinate resident move-ins and move-outs, providing residents with the necessary information and resources for a smooth transition! You are the Marketing Maestro! Support the leasing team with marketing efforts, including updating online listings, preparing marketing materials, and managing social media engagement! Maintain a thorough understanding of the property's features, floor plans, pricing, and availability! Utilize property management software (such as Yardi or RealPage) to manage resident information, process applications, and track leases!
