About The Position

We are currently seeking a Leasing Coordinator to provide administrative support to the leasing operations of River City apartments, a 448-unit portfolio in the heart of the South Loop neighborhood. Requirements

  • Qualified candidates will be self-starters with at least one year of related experience.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and administrative acumen.
  • Candidates must have or obtain current Illinois leasing agent license.
  • Regular weekend hours will be required.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous apartment leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provides timely and professional responses to resident and vendor issues and inquiries.
  • Routes incoming phone calls and mail and answers correspondence as needed.
  • Assists in move-in / move-out process.
  • Supports and participates in leasing activities, including but not limited to touring prospective residents, processing applications, and preparing leases while following all regulatory guidelines.
  • Prepares, maintains, and manages new and existing lease files.
  • Assists with the lease renewal process.
  • Monitors the CRM system and consistently follows-up on prospective leads and existing resident inquiries.
  • Provides excellent customer service to residents, prospects, vendors, visitors, and other customers.
  • Assists with coordinating resident events and sending out communication.
  • Receives resident service requests and administers building work order system.
