About The Position

Arrowwood Apartments (LCOR) is currently seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team. Job responsibilities for the position include: Touring prospective residents throughout each building and leasing apartments Answering leasing calls and responding to on-line inquiries Processing applications, preparation of lease paperwork, and weekly / monthly reports Resolving resident issues or concerns Coordination and follow up of maintenance requests for residents Marketing of the community thru online advertisements, corporate outreach, and social media. Successful candidates should possess the following job requirements: 1 to 3 years’ experience in Property Management 1 to 3 years’ experience with high rise and lease up Knowledge of Yardi Software Some college experience is preferred Experience with Montgomery County’s Dwelling Unit (MPDU) program is preferred Class A Highrise / lease – up experience is preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Working most weekends is necessary (2 days off during the week) Working during inclement weather is also necessary We offer a competitive salary, a generous benefits package, opportunities for advancement and a friendly work environment! Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years’ experience in Property Management
