Requirements

• At least 1 solid years of sales and marketing experience
• 1 year of excellent customer service experience
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, property management-related software, email, internet, social media)
• Organized
• Handle high volume workload and able to multitask well
• Follow directions and work independently
• Able to work Monday, Wednesday and Fridays 8am-5pm = 24 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Assist with viewing/touring the property, providing accurate information about each apartment home
• Properly process rental applications
• Secure lease agreements from qualified persons
• Participate in lease renewals
