Requirements

Several years of experience in hospitality, event hosting, or other high‑touch client‑facing roles
Proven ability to manage and grow relationship‑based client interactions
Track record of delivering exceptional, memorable customer experiences in fast‑paced or high‑pressure environments
Ability to guide prospects through a decision‑making process using a consultative approach rather than a transactional pitch
Strong discovery skills, with the ability to uncover client needs and recommend tailored solutions
Confident, professional verbal communication skills
Demonstrated active listening and needs‑assessment abilities

Responsibilities
