About The Position

Through managing all of Elmington’s 70+ affordable and conventional owned assets, Elmington Living is committed to providing an unrivaled community experience for residents across the US. Elmington Living specializes in managing multi-family communities through outstanding on-site management and maintenance teams. As the Leasing Consultant, you are responsible for supervising the leasing process, communicating with prospective and current tenants, and managing the community's reputation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of leasing experience required.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to perform administrative and organizational tasks.
  • Ability to present a professional image.
  • Customer service focused.
  • Ability to operate computers and other technological devices to access email, internet websites for business marketing, and company-utilized software.
  • Ability to prepare, locate, and compile information and documents.
  • Willingness to respond to issues outside of normal work schedule when required.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • Willingness to develop and learn.

Nice To Haves

  • Multi-Family experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the leasing process.
