Requirements

- Availability for weekends and occasional evenings as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities
- Track and log all phone and walk-in traffic daily; prepare weekly traffic reports.
- Assist applicants with the leasing process and gather necessary documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date marketing materials and ensure accurate vacancy reports.
- Prepare vacant units for move-in, including light cleaning of fixtures, floors, and windows.
- Promote resident retention by executing community events and engagement initiatives.
- Conduct quarterly market surveys of competitor properties.
- Support property management with administrative tasks, vendor coordination, and resident communication.
- Maintain resident insurance certificate files and organize electronic/hard copy filing systems.
- Assist with scheduling property tours, maintenance requests, and general resident inquiries.
- Provide phone coverage and operational support as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
