As our next Luxury Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for leasing and keeping consistent occupancy levels in our portfolio. More than that, you will become a brand ambassador and the face of the company in making our future residents feel at home. We're looking for someone driven to succeed with strong organizational and decision-making acumen. You will build and manage relationships with prospective residents to achieve the highest occupancy and customer satisfaction rates possible. This role supports leasing efforts across a portfolio of luxury residential properties located in our Gold Coast and West Loop portfolio. The leasing consultant will split time between both locations, working across two high-end, high-traffic communities. Schedule is a full-time role and time is split between Gold Coast and West Loop properties. Regular travel between properties is required.

Requirements

High school education or GED
1-3 years of high-end luxury Leasing experience required
A personal cell phone will be required (iPhone or Android). We offer a cell phone stipend of $50 per month
Excellent sales skills and a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
Exceptional communication skills – both verbal and written
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Ability to solve problems through communication and ingenuity
Impeccable attention to detail, pride in the quality of work, and energy
Comfortable working alone but excited to work on a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Experience using Yardi or other CRM

Responsibilities

Lease apartments while following Reside Living's policies and procedures, ADA, fair housing, OSHA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other state and federal laws.
Ensure a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and other areas where prospective residents and residents meet
Answer resident and prospect phone calls, texts, and emails. Track and record all prospect communication and tours through CRM. Assist in the preparation of daily and weekly reports and other reports as needed.
Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends and stay in close communication with the Property Manager regarding findings; engage in the conversation around marketing property and improving resident satisfaction by suggesting innovative ways to increase demand.
Conduct monthly online marketing audits and identify opportunities to capture new market share
Physically inspect the property and vacant apartments and report any service needs to maintenance staff.
Assist in planning and hosting resident events

Expected Compensation: Base + Commission and quarterly bonuses. Leasing Consultants can expect their total compensation range to be $65-75k per year.
