Requirements

• Experience in customer service or sales (leasing experience is a plus).
• Strong communication skills and a professional, engaging demeanor.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player with a positive, solutions-driven mindset.
• Availability to work rotating weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents, conduct property tours, and guide them through the leasing process.
• Build strong relationships with residents and help cultivate a warm, service-focused community.
• Support marketing and resident engagement initiatives.
• Manage administrative responsibilities including processing applications, maintaining availability, preparing leases, and responding to inquiries via phone, email, and text.
• Ensure apartments are move-in ready and follow up promptly on resident needs.
