Requirements

Minimum 3 years of apartment maintenance supervisory experience
EPA Certification for refrigerant handling (REQUIRED)
Strong HVAC expertise, including troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining systems and heat pumps
Well-rounded general maintenance skills (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, etc.)
Proactive problem-solver with strong initiative
Strong leader who is able to lead by example and coach others
Technologically proficient, comfortable using MS Office 365 and a personal mobile device
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
A professional who values integrity and long-term employment commitment
Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

Lead, train, and supervise the maintenance team, motivating associates to deliver outstanding resident service.
Complete work orders, apartment turns, and preventive maintenance on time, following Palms’ procedures.
Collaborate with the property manager to maintain a resident-focused, financially successful community.
Develop yourself and your team through Palms’ training programs, safety courses, industry certifications, and mentorship from regional and home office teams.
