Requirements

Proven track record in sales with demonstrated success in closing deals
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including 3-4 weekends per month
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Welcome prospective residents and conduct engaging property tours that showcase our community's best features
Qualify leads and convert inquiries into lease agreements through consultative, customer-focused sales techniques
Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry through move-in, ensuring a seamless resident experience
Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase occupancy rates
Leverage social media platforms to promote the community, engage with prospects, and build brand awareness
Maintain accurate records, follow up with leads promptly, and meet or exceed leasing targets
Provide outstanding customer service that turns residents into brand advocates
Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming, professional community atmosphere
