Requirements

Proven experience as a Leasing Consultant or Leasing Manager in Class A apartment communities
Demonstrated success in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding leasing goals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation with ability to handle inquiries professionally
Proficiency with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
Availability to work 3-4 Saturdays per month (community closed Sundays)
Willingness to pass comprehensive background verification
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Experience with property management software and leasing platforms
Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations

Responsibilities

Conduct professional property tours and deliver compelling presentations to prospective residents
Process lease applications, negotiate lease terms, and close sales to meet occupancy targets

Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to attract qualified leads
Manage social media presence and digital marketing initiatives to increase community visibility
Collaborate with property management team to optimize operations and resident satisfaction
