Requirements

• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Experience in leasing, real estate, hospitality, or retail preferred
• High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Yardi, ResMan, or similar property management software a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual skills a plus

Responsibilities

• Leasing apartments and conducting property tours
• Responding to resident inquiries and resolving concerns
• Processing rental applications, renewals, and agreements
• Maintaining resident files and accurate records
• Coordinating with maintenance teams for property upkeep
• Promoting resident engagement activities
• Other duties assigned
