Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the property team in daily operations, fostering an engaging and motivating environment
  • Oversee maintenance schedules and team accountability
  • Coach and develop team members to create an inclusive workplace
  • Manage budgets, accounts, rent collections, and tenant notices
  • Review applications and ensure compliance with processes
  • Handle administrative tasks including audits and reporting
  • Communicate effectively with leadership and provide timely updates
  • Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and safety standards
  • Address resident concerns promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate property inspections and maintenance activities
  • Respond to emergencies and implement safety precautions
