Responsibilities

Lead and manage the property team in daily operations, fostering an engaging and motivating environment
Oversee maintenance schedules and team accountability
Coach and develop team members to create an inclusive workplace
Manage budgets, accounts, rent collections, and tenant notices
Review applications and ensure compliance with processes
Handle administrative tasks including audits and reporting
Communicate effectively with leadership and provide timely updates
Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and safety standards
Address resident concerns promptly and professionally
Coordinate property inspections and maintenance activities
Respond to emergencies and implement safety precautions
