Requirements
- Previous leasing experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person
- Basic computer skills and comfort learning new software
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, professional attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to complete online training courses
- Availability to work 2–3 Saturdays per month
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist prospective residents while showcasing the community and available apartments
- Keep model and target apartments clean, staged, and ready for tours
- Complete and report market surveys to track competition
- Manage leasing paperwork, applications, and lease agreements accurately
- Promote the community through marketing efforts such as online listings and social media
- Assist with resident relations and community events to improve retention
