Requirements

  • Previous leasing experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person
  • Basic computer skills and comfort learning new software
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Friendly, professional attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to complete online training courses
  • Availability to work 2–3 Saturdays per month

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist prospective residents while showcasing the community and available apartments
  • Keep model and target apartments clean, staged, and ready for tours
  • Complete and report market surveys to track competition
  • Manage leasing paperwork, applications, and lease agreements accurately
  • Promote the community through marketing efforts such as online listings and social media
  • Assist with resident relations and community events to improve retention
