We have an amazing Roving Leasing Consultant opportunity available with our team in Kansas City, MO . This person will split their time between our 5 communities in North Kansas City, with occasional assistance in Lenexa and South Kansas City. Come be a part of a team where we are IN IT TOGETHER! Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm, Saturdays 10:00 am-2:00 pm

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 months of experience in multifamily housing, sales, or customer service
• Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective and existing tenants
• Conduct tours of the property, apartment units, and on-site amenities
• Lease vacant apartments to new residents
• Renew leasing contracts with existing residents
• Create and facilitate all leasing documentation and contracts
• Assist property team with marketing efforts
• Participate in community outreach for brand awareness
• Fostering and maintaining relationships with on-site residents
