Requirements

  • High energy, positive attitude, and a passion for exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication skills from experience in leasing, hospitality, retail, or similar service environments
  • Ability to work harmoniously with team members and external partners
  • High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred
  • Proficiency in English reading/writing; basic math skills
  • Professional presence with strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Excellent time management, administrative, and organizational skills
  • Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation required
  • Computer proficiency, including MS Teams, Word, and Excel

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual skills a plus (not required)
  • Strong customer service orientation with the confidence to “close the deal”
  • Experience with property management software such as Yardi, ResMan, or Onsite is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage prospects, residents, and guests both in-person and by phone
  • Coordinate and conduct property tours, interviews, and showing appointments
  • Address resident questions, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally
  • Process applications, screenings, renewals, and rental agreements
  • Perform property condition inspections and coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping
  • Maintain organized and up‑to‑date resident files and documentation
  • Communicate any issues or concerns to the appropriate supervisor
  • Collaborate effectively with residents, vendors, contractors, and staff
  • Ensure ethical and compliant conduct in all job responsibilities
  • Support and promote resident engagement activities
  • Complete other duties as assigned
