Leasing Consultants are eligible for monthly commissions in addition to their base pay. Our office team has the ability to earn a place in our Millionaire Club which includes an all-expense-paid trip each year with all the Millionaire Club participants. We need a smiling and helpful person with apartment leasing experience to join our team. The role involves interacting directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and NOI, acting as the Company’s representative by conveying the benefits of the community. The consultant is responsible for the entire leasing process from introduction to resident occupancy and maintains communication throughout the resident's tenancy. This includes providing information, scheduling visits, explaining policies, preparing paperwork, collecting funds, communicating with maintenance, conducting follow-ups, supporting marketing efforts, maintaining knowledge of community aspects, complying with housing laws, preparing market reports, monitoring vacancies, analyzing slow-to-lease apartments, inspecting vacant units, maintaining curb appeal, establishing positive resident relations, maintaining resident files, attending training, assisting with retention programs, making recommendations to management, monitoring emails, and assisting with resident activities.
