About The Position

We are seeking a Full Time Leasing Consultant to join our team at Muirwood Apartments in Farmington Hills, MI. The Leasing Consultant is responsible for leasing apartments, providing excellent customer service to residents and prospects, and assisting with the overall management of the property.

Requirements

• Previous leasing or sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Flexible schedule, ability to work weekends
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations
• Proficiency with property management software is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from start to finish, including conducting tours, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements
• Respond to inquiries from prospective residents and schedule property tours
• Assist with resident retention efforts and provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and resident information
• Assist with marketing and outreach efforts to attract new residents
• Conduct market surveys and stay informed about local rental market trends
