About The Position

Peak Property Group, a Coastal Ridge company, is seeking an energetic Leasing Associate to add to our growing Cincinnati leasing team. As a Leasing Associate, you’ll be responsible for leasing within our Cincinnati multi-site investment portfolio, consisting of over 100 residential properties in Clifton Heights, Over the Rhine, and East Walnut Hills neighborhoods, totaling over 750 units and growing. Benefits include pay starting at $18 per hour (and up!), commissions eligible up to $10,000 annually, health/vision/dental insurance, paid time off, 401K with up to 4% matching, and more!

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in real estate, management, leasing, multi-family/single family/scattered site housing, sales, hospitality, or retail, preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfort using technology.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in all leasing and marketing activity within the portfolio, including creating marketing strategies, answering prospect questions, providing tours, and completing lease documents.
  • Provide support and assistance to all customer service efforts, including resolving resident and property issues.
  • Communicate regularly and timely.
  • Coordinate residential move-ins and move-outs, renewals, payments, and work order requests to deliver a high level of customer service.
  • Collaborate with the management and service team to ensure individual and team goals are met.
  • Assist on special projects including due diligence of new properties and design recommendations for renovation projects.
