We're hiring a Leasing Associate that is dedicated, personable, and passionate about helping people find their perfect homes Schedule: Monday, Thursday, Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday 10:00 am - 5:00 pm Location: Riverside Park Apartments, 3107 E Main, Puyallup, WA 98372

Requirements

A minimum of two years sales experience, hospitality or property management background preferred.
Computer literacy
A high school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in preparing Word documents and Excel spreadsheets in addition to property management software is preferable
Yardi Voyager software experience is highly desired.

Responsibilities

Warmly welcome visitors and help match them with their ideal apartments.
Clearly explain community policies to prospective residents.
Engage with both prospective and current residents throughout the day, ensuring they are informed, supported, and satisfied.
Serve as an ambassador for the community by showcasing amenities and promoting a positive living experience.
