Requirements

2-4 year’s commercial leasing experience
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Frequent travel to properties and meetings with tenants may be required
A deep understanding of commercial leasing process and real estate laws
Knowledge of construction methods and electrical/mechanical and HVAC systems
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Must be resourcefulness, personal awareness, professionalism, integrity, and exercise confidentiality in all areas of performance

Responsibilities

Negotiates deal terms and lease documents, including renewals for retail, and office properties
Builds strong relationships within the brokerage community
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract quality tenants.
Work closely with brokers, agents, and third-party leasing teams to promote available space
Responsible for touring office space; providing accurate rental rates and terms
Remains current on retail and market trends
Develops and maintains competitive market reports
Partner with legal teams to draft and review lease documentation
Performs other duties as required
