We’re looking for a dynamic Leasing Assistant to join our team and help create exceptional living experiences across three beautiful communities: Seven Oaks Apartments (Fitchburg), Brookstone Townhomes (Fitchburg), and Seven Oaks Apartments (Madison) . What You’ll Do: Welcome and assist prospective residents with tours, questions, and leasing applications Build strong relationships with current residents, ensuring satisfaction and retention Manage leasing paperwork and maintain accurate records Support marketing efforts, including social media and outreach Coordinate with the property management team to ensure smooth daily operations Deliver top-tier customer service—every interaction, every time What We’re Looking For: Fluent in Spanish (required) – ability to confidently communicate with Spanish-speaking prospects and residents Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Previous leasing or customer service experience is a plus (but not required!)
