Leasing Agent

Asden Management, a rapidly growing Real Estate Management Company, is seeking a full-time Leasing Agent for our multifamily residential apartment community located in Maple Shade, NJ. This position is crucial for managing the leasing process and ensuring a positive experience for prospective residents. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for handling the new lease process from the initial tour to the move-in stage. This includes meeting and greeting prospective residents, conducting property presentations, processing applications, and facilitating the closing and lease signing. The role requires strong outreach marketing skills and daily follow-up on leads to ensure all questions are answered promptly. In addition to leasing responsibilities, the Leasing Agent will conduct daily tour path and curb appeal inspections to maintain the property’s attractiveness. Preparation of lease and move-in paperwork is essential, along with the completion of weekly traffic reports to track leasing activity. The agent will also generate resident service requests and assist with general lease questions, providing excellent customer service to enhance resident retention. The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment is vital for success in this role.
