Leasing Agent (Bilingual Spanish Fluent)
About The Position

We’re looking for a driven, customer-focused, fully bilingual (Spanish/English) Leasing Specialist to join our team across South Bay, Inglewood, and Long Beach. Important: This role requires full professional fluency in Spanish and English. You will regularly assist Spanish-speaking residents and prospects, so if you are not fluent in Spanish, please do not apply. Requirements
- Fluent Spanish and English (Required: must be able to communicate professionally in both languages)
- Experience in leasing or sales (preferred)
- Strong communication, follow-up, and customer service skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Availability to work weekends and a flexible schedule
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with Yardi (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist prospective residents via phone, email, and in person
- Conduct engaging property tours and highlight key property features
- Prepare, review, and process applications and lease documents
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activity in Yardi (or similar systems)
- Meet and consistently exceed leasing goals and occupancy targets
- Support marketing efforts for current and upcoming vacancies
- Partner with on-site teams to ensure smooth move-ins and resident satisfaction
