About The Position

The Medve Group, Inc. is actively seeking dynamic a Leasing Agent to join our team at Citiscape at Essen in Baton Rouge, LA. The ideal candidates will act as a company representative conveying the benefits of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations.

Qualified individuals MUST be able to demonstrate a friendly and outgoing personality. Excellent customer services skills are required. A willingness to learn the industry and adapt to various situations are essential. Furthermore, a confident and persuasive sales mentality is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Effectively explains all lease and community policies to new and current residents
• Accurately and efficiently prepares and assists with all leasing paperwork
• Collects security deposits, rent and all other funds associated with resident moves
• Conducts follow-up activity with all residents in order to establish positive resident relations
• Attends and assists in the coordination of resident relations and activities, such as newsletters, parties, etc.
• Supports the overall marketing efforts of the community
