What You’ll Love About This Role Competitive pay with monthly commission potential Commission Structure: $100/lease & renewal over 6 months; $50/lease & renewal under 6 months Additional incentive bonuses available On-site housing discount starting at 30% (and growing with tenure) Generous PTO and up to 15 paid holidays 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid life insurance Health Savings Account with company match Flexible Spending Account Ongoing training and career development What You’ll Do Welcome and assist prospective residents in person and over the phone Conduct engaging tours and follow up with leads Prepare move-in files and ensure apartments are move-in ready Support marketing efforts, including outreach and online listings Maintain accurate leasing paperwork and resident files Participate in resident events and community engagement Monitor amenities and ensure a polished, welcoming environment Achieve a 40%+ closing ratio and uphold compliance standards Requirements What You’ll Bring Prior multi-family leasing experience is required Yardi CRM IQ experience is preferred Bilingual in English & Spanish is preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy Ability to work weekends and some evenings Knowledge of fair housing laws A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine love for helping people Additional Details High school diploma or GED required (or 6+ months of relevant experience) Work is performed in a professional office environment Nolan Living is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer Background check and E-Verify required. Requirements

Prior multi-family leasing experience is required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy
Ability to work weekends and some evenings
Knowledge of fair housing laws
A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine love for helping people
High school diploma or GED required (or 6+ months of relevant experience)

Nice To Haves

Yardi CRM IQ experience is preferred
Bilingual in English & Spanish is preferred
