About The Position
Housing Visions is growing again, and we need great people to join our team! This is a part-time position, Monday – Friday 9:00 am - 1:00 pm, located at our Cicero office, 200 Court St. Pay Range is $17-$19/hour. Housing Visions offers a generous benefits package: 401(k) and Roth Employer 401(k) & Roth Match after 1 year (up to 5%) Employee Assistance Program Short-term disability Paid Parental Leave 2 weeks paid time off 56 hours of sick pay 12 paid holidays Day-to-day clerical functions in support of the Property Manager, including, but not limited to, rent collection/accounts receivable, leasing, answering phones, opening mail, filing, supply ordering, and special projects. Monitor quality service, marketing, and resident relations while maintaining the company investment and meeting company goals.
