You’ll play a key role in resident retention, marketing efforts, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and Tax Credit regulations.
Requirements
- 1+ year of onsite leasing or property management experience preferred
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Knowledge of Fair Housing and Tax Credit compliance (preferred)
- Professional communication and organizational skills
- Weekend availability required

Responsibilities
- Professionally present the features and benefits of our community to prospective residents
- Secure lease agreements from qualified applicants
- Complete lease applications, tax credit paperwork, and required documentation accurately and timely
- Follow up on leads and maintain detailed guest cards in property management software
- Assist with daily and weekly reports, market surveys, and resident communications
- Maintain curb appeal, tour paths, and vacant units to company standards
- Deliver outstanding customer service to both prospects and current residents
