Requirements

  • New York State Real Estate Salespersons license required
  • 2-5 years of Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
  • Weekend and evening availability for tours and events are required
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Applications (Excel and Word)

Nice To Haves

  • Real estate or property management background is a plus
  • Bilingual capabilities is a plus
  • Experience with Real Estate software such as Yardi, On-Site, Nestio a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Be the Community Ambassador
  • Give engaging property tours that highlight our unique features and neighborhood benefits
  • Build genuine relationships with prospective residents and understand their housing needs
  • Represent our brand with enthusiasm and professionalism at every interaction
  • Master the Leasing Process
  • Guide prospects through applications, lease signings, and move-in processes
  • Maintain detailed prospect databases and follow up consistently
  • Achieve and exceed monthly leasing goals and occupancy targets
  • Create Community Buzz
  • Partner with marketing teams on promotional events and community outreach
  • Leverage social media and online platforms to showcase our property
  • Build relationships with local businesses, brokers, and referral sources
  • Ensure Seamless Move-ins
  • Coordinate with maintenance and management for unit readiness
  • Conduct thorough move-in orientations and apartment walkthroughs
  • Address any resident concerns quickly and professionally
