About The Position

RENT PROSPER is Hiring a Leasing Agent, Single Family Rentals! Location: Orlando, FL Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Saturdays as needed for showings Work Setting: On-Site Office + In-Field at Rental Properties Pay Rate: $45,000 – $60,000/year (inclusive of commissions) Employment Type: Full-Time Overview RENT PROSPER is seeking a high-energy, organized, and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our growing Single Family Rentals Division in Orlando, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for leasing operations across our portfolio of single-family and multifamily properties. You will work directly with prospective residents, coordinate tours and applications, and help maintain our high occupancy and 5-star service reputation. This is a driving-heavy role that requires frequent travel to properties throughout the Orlando metro area using a company vehicle.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in single-family rentals and/or multifamily/apartments
Active Florida Real Estate License or ability to obtain/activate upon start
Experience leasing 250+ properties/doors
Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and housing regulations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 programs and tools
Familiarity with property management systems such as AppFolio, Yardi, Aptly, etc.
Familiarity with leasing tools like Tenant Turner and ShowMojo
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Must be comfortable driving to properties regularly in a company vehicle

Responsibilities

Perform leasing operations both in-office and out in the field, managing leads, tours, and applications
Drive regularly to rental properties across the Orlando area (up to approximately 45 minutes from the office)
Conduct property showings, inspections, and move-in/move-out coordination
Follow up consistently with prospective residents to convert leads into leases
Provide professional, timely customer service to prospects and residents
Maintain accurate documentation and notes in property management systems
Support leasing and marketing strategies to reduce vacancy
Collaborate daily with a close-knit team of Property Managers and Leasing staff
Ensure full compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and housing regulations
Maintain an organized and professional office environment
