Leasing Agent I/COS (Nohona Hale - 1457)
About The Position
Position is for full time Leasing Agent I/COS to work at Nohona Hale, a 111-unit affordable family housing community in Honolulu, HI. This is a Tax Credit / HMMF Bond property. Qualified candidates will have 1+ year of related apartment leasing experience and knowledge of affordable housing. COS certification preferred. Salary range: $19.95 - $30.40 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $19.95 - $25.18per hour, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role. The Leasing Agent I/COS is directly responsible for marketing and leasing the property. The Leasing Agent is also responsible for providing resident relations services.
Requirements
- 1+ Year of Related Apartment Leasing Experience/COS experience
- MS Office knowledge and Intermediate Skills
- Knowledge of Affordable Housing

- COS certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assists in Developing and implementing marketing plan and creation of advertisements
- Provides Property Tours, Shows Model Unit
- Logs all Traffic, completes Follow-up, Processes Rental Application and Prepares Lease
- Collects Deposit, Conducts Unit Inspection
- Conducts Market Survey of Competition
- Participates in Property Inspections, Move in/Move out, Aids Residents with move out process
- Participates in re-certification process
