About The Position

Leasing Agent/ Front Desk Associate • $16.00/hour • Temp-to-Hire About This Opportunity We are seeking a friendly and dependable Front Desk Associate to support daily guest service operations. This role is responsible for check-in/check-out, payments, guest requests, and maintaining hotel standards. Bonus Opportunity $350 Attendance Bonus for perfect attendance during the first 30 days Assignment Details Pay: $16.00/hour Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM and Saturdays 9:30 AM- 4:00 PM Notes: Once they hire a part-time person the schedule will change to Monday-Friday 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM and occasional Saturdays Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Requirements

  • Must be able to communicate in English
  • Background Check Required
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required

Responsibilities

  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, including verifying identification and payment
  • Assign rooms and issue keys
  • Set up and maintain accurate guest accounts, including Marriott Rewards enrollment
  • Ensure room rates align with market codes and document any exceptions
  • Secure payment prior to issuing room keys and verify billing accuracy
  • Compile and review daily reports, logs, and contingency lists
  • Complete cashier and closing reports; balance and drop receipts
  • Count and secure cash bank at the beginning and end of each shift
  • Process various payment types, including vouchers, charges, and paid outs
  • Provide directions and property information to guests
  • Coordinate guest requests with housekeeping and other departments
  • Follow company policies and accounting procedures, including manual authorizations when required
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions promptly
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and protection of company assets
  • Answer phones using proper etiquette and assist guests efficiently
  • Use computer systems and POS systems to enter and retrieve information
  • Stand and walk for extended periods; lift or move up to 10 lbs as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
