The Vendor Leasing Administrator position will support the sales staff in all leasing needs and handle both front and back end leasing duties. In this role, Leasing Administrator must be comfortable working independently and have excellent organizational skills. The Leasing Administrator must possess a serious understanding of confidentiality and data protection. The ideal candidate will be skilled in computers and exceptionally detail-oriented.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Experience with lease administration preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service experience.
• Dependable with a respect to confidentiality and policies.
• Attentive to details, organized and a team player

Responsibilities

• Assist sales with credit approvals and deal structures.
• Work with leasing companies on pay off concessions, rate concessions, and lease document changes.
• Partner with booking team on deals including payoff information.
• Bid review, make sure approvals and rates include necessary conditions.
• Deal verification.
• Commission hits/deal adjustments as necessary.
• Preparing hold harmless letters for all checks to customers.
• Follow up with customers and reps for RA’s and end of term.
• Work with leasing companies to negotiate back end purchases as needed.
• Preparing storage agreements, arranging for pickup of equipment and billing pickups, lease returns and storage.
