As a Leasing Administrator, you will support the Lease Manager with the administration of properties, including our subsidiaries and subleases. You will work with various internal teams (e.g., finance, operations) and external stakeholders (e.g., landlords, property managers) to ensure smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include maintaining lease documents, ensuring they are correctly filed, properly executed, and archived for future reference. You will also reconcile and ensure timely payment of rent and other financial obligations under the lease, including common area maintenance (CAM) charges, operating expenses, and property taxes. Additionally, you will track Construction in Progress (CIP) accounts and provide quarterly reports to Senior Managers to help them understand and anticipate amortization expenses. You will act as a point of contact for tenants, responding to questions, concerns, or issues related to the lease agreement or property conditions. Furthermore, you will ensure that ARA maintains appropriate insurance coverage as outlined in the lease agreements and support annual audits. Once fully trained, there will be opportunities for growth and development into additional duties.
