The Lease-Up Specialist role at EPM is specifically tasked with achieving leasing and revenue objectives by ensuring consistent, high-quality execution of all leasing functions. This position is central to managing the prospect experience, upholding leasing discipline, and driving performance to meet occupancy targets.

Requirements

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with team members, leadership, and residents.
  • Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, tasks, and deadlines efficiently.

  • Previous experience working with a team to meet success.

Nice To Haves

  • (1) year of multi-family property management experience preferred.
  • Previous Leasing experience preferred.
  • Customer Experience Specialists or related fields encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Personally conduct engaging, informative, and personalized tours for prospective residents.
  • Manage leasing communications and follow-up via phone, text, and email to drive timely conversion.
  • Guide prospects through applications, document collection, approvals, and lease execution.
  • Maintain strong conversion rates from initial inquiry through tour, application, and executed lease.
  • Effectively manage the community's reputation via social media, direct communication, marketing and the communication of your teammates.
  • Be the positive energy and brand of the community.
  • Be the primary communicator to prospects, residents, vendors, and your market.
  • Have a positive and magnetic personality.
  • Constantly learn and search for ways to improve traffic, leasing, and total income.
  • Think creatively and go way beyond the box by conceptualizing new ideas to improve the business.
  • Work with passion and take pride in what you do, always with a good attitude even in difficult situations.
  • Performs all other duties, as assigned.
