About The Position

Lease & Rental Administrator / Accounting & Billing Specialist Onsite 8-5 Our client is seeking a Lease & Rental Administrator to play a key role in supporting both the operational and financial backbone of a growing lease and rental business. This role sits at the intersection of accounting, customer service, and operations—ensuring accurate billing, strong relationships, and smooth internal processes. Requirements

  • 3+ years of accounting support experience, including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Advanced comfort working in Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to balance accounting accuracy with customer service

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in leasing, rental, transportation, or heavy equipment environments is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Set up new lease and rental customers and ensure complete documentation
  • Prepare monthly billing and rebilling for lease, rental, and miscellaneous charges
  • Manage accounts receivable and follow up on timely customer payments
  • Reconcile AP/AR with corporate entities and third-party vendors
  • Handle licensing, registrations, and annual renewals
  • Serve as a front-line contact for internal teams and external customers
  • Support additional accounting and operational initiatives as needed
