About The Position

BASIC PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF POSITIONThe Kubota Credit Corporation Lease Maturity Specialist is responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to Kubota customers and dealers. The Specialist will provide timely, accurate and responsive information and service related to the lease-end process. This role will interact directly with dealers to retain leasing customers and assist them with the transition into their next Kubota. PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES: This position does the following in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws / regulations and the Company’s policies, procedures and guidelines: Provide exceptional service to KCC customers and dealers in a fast-paced, omnichannel call center environment. Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and respect to promote a positive brand image and customer loyalty. Receive and make outbound calls to support customers and dealers with the lease-end process. Establish relationships and communicate effectively with internal teams including Loan Administration, Titles, Loss Mitigation, KTAC and the Loan Origination Center. Strive to continuously improve while achieving individual and departmental objectives. Contribute to a culture that is passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; some college preferred.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • 1+ years of customer service or collections experience; automated dialer experience is required.
  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with customers, dealers, peers and management.
  • Strong customer service and active listening skills to uncover stated and unstated needs.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to type 40+ words per minute.
  • Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.

Nice To Haves

  • Equipment or automotive lease servicing experience is preferred.
  • Bilingual is a plus, but not a job requirement.
