About The Position

We are a leading, technology-driven land services provider supporting energy companies across all sectors. Our services include managing energy rights transactions, title determination and curative work, mineral ownership reporting, and more. You’re a strong communicator who sounds respectful, confident, and authentic on the phone. You may come from a background in sales, customer service, or outreach, and you know how to build trust without relying on a script using your tone, timing, and natural conversation skills. You speak fluent English with a neutral or Western-leaning accent. Experience in oil & gas is not required — we provide comprehensive industry training. What we’re seeking is strong voice credibility, sharp sales instincts, and attention to detail. This is a remote position with training provided. Requirements

• Excellent spoken English — clear, confident, and conversational
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer engagement, outbound calling, or a related role
• Self-motivated and able to manage your own workload while meeting performance targets
• Proficient in basic tech tools: email, spreadsheets, document management
• Strong listening skills and accurate note-taking ability

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with U.S. legal, real estate, or property terminology
• Experience selling high-trust services (e.g., insurance, finance, legal)
• Prior experience engaging U.S. customers from LATAM or Southern Africa

Responsibilities

• Contact mineral owners across the U.S. to present lease offers (full training provided)
• Build rapport and trust through calm, clear, and professional conversation
• Answer questions, handle objections, and explain lease fundamentals in easy-to-understand language
• Maintain a daily outreach list and document call notes, follow-ups, and signed leases
• Collaborate with our Land Operations team to process completed documents and track deal progress
