Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in training leadership, curriculum development, or SAP learning strategy
  • Experience leading learning programs for global ERP transformations
  • Strong familiarity with SAP S/4HANA implementations
  • Proven ability to design learning strategies for large, complex organizations
  • Experience supporting operational or manufacturing environments
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SAP Enable Now or similar content development tools
  • Background in change management methodologies
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or enterprise operations environments
  • Success working in large-scale ERP or digital transformation programs

Responsibilities

  • Develop the global learning strategy for the S/4HANA program, ensuring training supports both system enablement and business process adoption.
  • Design learning experiences tailored to diverse audiences including: Corporate teams Manufacturing and operational staff Distributors and suppliers Regional organizations
  • Define role-based learning journeys that combine instructor-led training, digital learning, simulations, and performance support tools.
  • Evaluate and leverage modern learning technologies such as: AI-assisted content creation Digital Adoption Platforms Interactive Simulations Microlearning And On-Demand Support Tools
  • Establish governance frameworks for learning development, quality standards, and delivery across program workstreams and global regions.
  • Partner with Organizational Change Management to ensure learning supports user readiness, adoption, and sustained capability development beyond go-live.
