Your Opportunity, Your Team The Learning Lead supports HSN Fulfillment Centers, and guides training to ensure team members are equipped with the skills needed to perform at their personal best. Where You'll Work This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Piney Flats, TN Fulfillment Center daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role. You will report to the Learning Manager. Schedules: Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 5:30pm and Tuesday - Friday 1:30pm - 12:00am

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in a training, learning support, or instructional role, such as Learning Ambassador, Training Assistant, or similar.
A high school diploma or equivalent combination of training.
Experience coaching or supporting team members in an operational environment.
Flexibility to work varying shifts based on training needs.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging training for new hires, cross‑training, and ongoing development programs across the fulfillment center.
Coach team members on performance expectations, provide feedback, and support their skill development on the floor.
Develop training materials and maintain SOP's to reflect process changes, policy updates, and operational needs.
Track training attendance, maintain learning documentation, and support data entry in employee management system.
Partner with Learning Leadership, HR, EHS, and Operations to ensure onboarding, process communication, and training execution.
