The RAD1 Learning Trainer works with Operations Managers, Area Managers, IT Managers, Production Assistants, and Associates to coordinate all training related activities for the site. The individual in this position will provide facilitation, administrative management, and expected to constantly improve the long-term capabilities of the area to which they are assigned. A day in the life of a Learning Trainer starts on the floor — working alongside associates in various process paths, observing performance, and identifying skill gaps. They deliver hands-on training for PIT operations, TDR, and process path procedures while supporting Learning Ambassadors with approved materials. Throughout the shift, they conduct audits, update training records using electronic tools, and ensure SOP compliance. They give and receive feedback in real time, check for understanding, and remove barriers to associate success. They close the day by reporting insights to area managers and contributing to continuous improvement through PDCA and Kaizen activities. Rapid Asset Deployment (RAD) - RAD1 - is part of Global RAD Operations (GRO) delivering IT equipment accurately and on time through standardized operations — from receiving and warehousing to assembly, provisioning, and shipping.
