The Learning Systems & Training Manager is responsible for designing, developing, and continuously improving training materials and learning experiences across the organization. This role blends instructional design, people leadership, and AI knowledge management to ensure employees receive effective, scalable, and engaging training. This position will oversee the new hire training team, own the development of training content across multiple formats, and manage the structure, quality, and performance of internal AI model knowledge and workflows used to support employee learning and operational efficiency.
