Job Summary: Tests, maintains, and monitors the organization-wide information systems. Monitors overall performance of the learning management system as it relates to organization-wide learning initiatives. Assists in implementing projects that streamline systems, define better technology architecture, and create automated workflows and functionality across the organization. Improves process efficiencies and data quality.

Requirements

  • Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required

Responsibilities

  • Assists in monitoring and maintaining organization-wide learning management system.
  • Coordinates and installs multiple programs into the organization’s software to ensure its effectiveness.
  • Contributes to the organization's website.
  • Prioritizes daily activities to complete tasks/projects assigned by others.
  • Ensures accuracy of employee data.
  • Collects and compiles all trending data.
  • Applies working knowledge of the techniques, principles, theories and concepts of the discipline, staff, technologies, services, and practices to complete routine and non-routine assignments.
  • Provides employees with ongoing support with website or software issues.
  • Solves and escalates operational problems and technical issues; modifies existing tools or processes.
  • Works with decisions that have moderate impact on function/family operations.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
