As a Learning and Development Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for the administration, optimization and strategic use of learning systems while also supporting scalable learning programs and processes across the organization. What you will be doing Learning Systems Administration and Enablement Configure, maintain, and optimize learning systems, including user management, course setup, reporting, integrations, and system upgrades. Partner with HR, IT, and vendors to troubleshoot issues, manage enhancements, and support system integrations. Develop and maintain system accuracy and data integrity. Create dashboards, and reports to measure participation, completion, effectiveness, and alignment to business goals. Establish and document system processes, governance standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and compliance. Evaluate emerging learning technologies and make recommendations to improve efficiency, learner engagement, and leadership development outcomes. Lead the implementation and strategic objectives of ACS University, including course setup, reporting, marketing, and linkage to current learning management system. Learning Program Support Support the design, delivery, and administration of learning and development programs. Partner with HR business partners and functional leaders to coordinate learning initiatives and employee learning plans. Support in logistics for learning programs (scheduling, enrollment, communications, materials, evaluations) through learning systems. Assist in curating learning content and resources aligned to organizational competencies, role expectations, and business needs. Support instructional design efforts by building and maintaining courses, learning plans, and digital content within the LMS. Collaborate with L&D team members to continuously improve learning offerings based on feedback, data, and evolving business needs. Provide consultation and guidance to stakeholders on learning solutions, tools, and best practices. Content Specialist Assign, deliver, track, and manage learning plan completions, work with compensation on learning plan tracking and reporting. Work with SMEs, department heads & communications to assign learning content and plans. Create engaging learning activities and course content for in-person and online curriculum, and other programs as needed. Research learning industry trends, methodologies, and best practices to integrate those into learning programs and resources Build, manage, and leverage positive, collaborative partnerships among business stakeholders, SMEs, and peers. Develop courses and curriculum to ensure content matches established objectives. Create participant guides and training manuals. Create supporting learning materials/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games). Decide on the criteria used to judge learners’ performance and develop assessment instruments. Maintain project documentation and course folders. Maintain knowledge of Company’s values and strategic plan.
