BJC Health has an opportunity for a Learning Specialist. This is a hybrid role with an onsite expectations weekly to support New Employee Orientation (NEO), and ongoing technical support throughout the week. The role will serve as a go-to resource for learners and facilitators both onsite and virtually. Responsibilities include supporting learning operations in systems such as SABA (prior experience not required), assisting with database-related work, and producing basic reporting. The ideal candidate is technologically savvy, enthusiastic about learning platforms, and enjoys working with people. The Role Purpose is to be responsible for program logistics, system administration, and deliverables. Ensures accurate data is captured for functional area of expertise, maintains user security profiles, and supports users with proper use of the system. Responsible for assisting in the creation, delivery and maintenance of courses and resources offered through the learning organization. Creates content, graphics, speaker materials and participant materials that support the instructional intent under the direction of an instructional designer.
